How it all started.

It all began with our owner Ana Araujo. Immigrating to the United States from Mexico pursuing the “American Dream”. In the year 2000 she started baking Mexican bread and selling it out of her vehicle to make ends meet. Then taking a cake baking course to further expand her education. In 2015 she took her lifestyle and recipes to YouTube not knowing the outcome and how many people she would inspire. Since then she has grown to have over 1.47 million subscribers on YouTube and over 2.6 million followers on Facebook.

With such a large following, people wanted to try her pastries in person. Which is how the grand opening of the pastry truck came along in June of 2022. With the help of her 3 daughters Joana, Marlen & Valeria, Pasteles La MoreliAna Pastries & Desserts Truck was born.
